Executive Chef Sébastien Gadeau

Chef Sébastien Gadeau is passionate about food. Originating from France, he has resided in Quebec since 1994.  Today he has more than 20 years of experience in a number of renowned establishments.

In 2009, he was awarded the prestigious title of CHEF OF THE YEAR (Eastern Canada) by the Canadian Culinary Federation.

Our Chef prioritizes the use of fresh and local Quebec products. He excels in mixing the traditional elements of French cuisine with international recipes, artfully bringing originality and refinement to your plate.

Recently inducted as a Maître Canardier, Chef Gadeau will be delighted to prepare in front of your eyes his special Pressed Duck recipe*. (Upon reservation only)

Should you have any special food requests, our Chef will gladly accommodate you with an alternative to suit your individual needs.

The Club Cellar’s
