Executive Chef Sébastien Gadeau
Chef Sébastien Gadeau is passionate about food. Originally from France, he has lived in Quebec since 1994. He has more than 20 years of experience in a number of renowned establishments.
In 2009, he received the coveted title of CHEF OF THE YEAR (Eastern Canada) from the Canadian Culinary Federation.
Our Chef emphasizes fresh local products. He excels in combining the traditional elements of French cuisine with international recipes, skillfully bringing originality and refinement to your plate.
Recently inducted as a Maître Canardier, Chef Gadeau will be delighted to prepare his special Pressed Duck recipe* (upon reservation only) at your table.
Should you have any special food requests, our Chef will gladly accommodate you with an alternative.
